Overview
Allianz’ım is the primary mobile touchpoint of Allianz Türkiye, supporting over monthly 1.5 million active users with a wide range of insurance services. Since August 2023, I’ve been working full-time on this product through ting, Allianz’s strategic design partner, contributing as an embedded team member within their in-house product organization. My focus has been on driving continuous UX/UI improvements that elevate the end-to-end B2C experience.
As part of a four-person UX/UI team, I’ve taken ownership of business alignment, user flow clarity, and product direction framing. Rather than treating design as a surface-level exercise, I’ve helped establish UX as a strategic partner: uncovering usability gaps, resolving ambiguity in requirements, and steering product development with a logic and data-informed approach. My role also includes proactively translating fragmented stakeholder input into structured design decisions that support scalability and long-term growth.
To date, I’ve contributed to over 100 design initiatives within the Allianz’ım app. On the Projects page, I’ve highlighted 6 selected case studies under the tag “Delivery & Iteration.” These examples reflect my ability to move fast in a complex environment, shipping iterative updates while continuously refining solutions through insights, data, and stakeholder collaboration.

Challenge
The Allianz’ım app operates in a fast-paced, enterprise-level ecosystem with shifting business priorities, fragmented briefs, and varying UX maturity among stakeholders. Many initiatives are backend- and efficiency-driven, leaving limited flexibility for design exploration. My challenge has been to maximize user experience within these constraints, creating shared understanding between departments and advocating for UX decisions grounded in user logic and long-term product thinking—all while delivering on high-pressure deadlines
I focus on bringing clarity to ambiguity, creating shared understanding across departments, and advocating for UX decisions grounded in user logic and long-term product thinking, all under high-pressure deadlines.
Scope of Work
As of August 2025, I’ve contributed to 100+ design tasks across 5 major insurance verticals within the app. These include both small, quick-turnaround updates and larger, long-term design initiatives. My work includes wireframing, feature proposals, and interaction flows, attempting to balance backend and efficiency priorities with usability, clarity, and design consistency.
I’ve collaborated with:
10+ product owners
5+ product departments
3+ UI designers
…to deliver consistent, functional experiences across:
Health Insurance
Motor Insurance
Household Insurance
Personal Life Insurance
Private Pension (BES)
Case Studies
Among the 80+ design tasks I have contributed to within the Allianz’ım app, 6 case studies are highlighted in the projects page under the tag “Delivery & Iteration.” These examples reflect my ability to move fast in complex environments, working within backend-driven, cost-efficiency constraints while still maximizing usability, clarity, and a smooth user experience.
Each case reflects real-world challenges and showcases how strategic iteration drives both user satisfaction and product growth within a complex, live environment.
