Prepared360 is a 360-degree feedback application tailored for healthcare professionals aiming to grow through structured peer and mentor evaluation. Built for use within hospital and clinic environments, the platform offers a digital alternative to time-consuming physical feedback sessions — helping professionals stay connected, reflect on their development, and collaborate with mentors asynchronously.

This case covers the definition and foundational UX work for the app, including journey mapping, screen flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Healthcare professionals often face overwhelming schedules, making it difficult to engage in regular in-person feedback or mentorship discussions. This disconnect can lead to professional stagnation and a lack of structured self-awareness. A solution was needed that respected their time, enabled remote interaction, and guided them through the feedback process with clarity.

The Process

Empathize:

  • Conducted workshops with stakeholders from healthcare institutions.

  • Gathered input on mentorship habits, pain points, and scheduling limitations.

  • Uncovered core needs: speed, privacy, and emotional safety in feedback.

Define:

  • Created a comprehensive Process Map for key journeys, including "Adding Mentee" and "Mentorship Conversations."

  • Mapped pain points across the existing feedback cycle and explored flow logic.

Ideate:

  • Sketched and wireframed several layouts for initiating, viewing, and managing feedback.

  • Defined screen flows for both mentors and mentees, considering role-based experiences.

Prototype:

  • Designed high-fidelity prototypes for key flows.

  • Presented multiple interaction variants and refined based on review.
