Ranger Insurance, a disruptor in home insurance, needed two distinct portals to modernize its digital operations: one for insurance agents and another for administrative staff. These platforms had to support critical functions like claims handling, policy applications, renewal tracking, and marketing asset access.

The Outcome
Ranger’s new portals significantly improved operational visibility, reduced agent effort in policy servicing, and increased overall adoption. The marketing module helped agents localize content and access campaigns in one place, boosting lead quality. Admin teams were equipped with structured oversight tools, while clients experienced more transparency through the Client Center.
